
The District Attendance Officer is responsible for the monthly collation of Club Membership statistics that are required within 5 days of the last meeting in each month. This is a requirement of RI Bylaw 4.090. The preferred method of reporting is via the Internet.
Please ensure attendance figures are submitted no later than the fifth working day of each month for the preceding month. For ease, please submit via this web interface.
Please note that you will also be CC'd the attendance form for your records.
