This service allows you to send a message to all clubs in the district which have a designated receiving e-mail address.
The necessity to communicate vital District information is desirable, but at the same time there is a need for the information to conform strictly to the District's e-protocols to prevent claims of spamming and not to burden people's e-mail accounts with long downloads which consume internet time and resources for those people who are on metered use.
The use of attachments in "All Clubs" mail is disabled due to the wide variety of programs and versions used by recipients. Also many recipients have virus protectors which eliminate attachments or prevent their opening. Some recipients delete attachments as a matter of course to prevent infection by a virus. We recommend that if you wish to display Feature Rich material that you place it on a web server for download by the recipient at their own discretion. If you do not have a server, the District has allocated a folder to each club in the district where information can be uploaded for download by recipients. Such arrangements can be organised by the Website Administrator.
