District Conference Attendance Awards

District 9710 has two District Conference Attendance Awards:

• Highest Conference Attendance Award
• Highest Number of First Time Attendees

Highest Conference Attendance Award

The Highest Conference Attendance Award is awarded to the Rotary Club with the highest attendance at the District 9710 Conference as determined by the application of the following forumula:

Where:

• A = the total number of representatives of the Club at the District Conference.
• CM = the Club's membership numbers listed in the Attendance Records of the latest issue of the District Governor's Newsletter preceding the District Conference.
• RD = the road distance between the Club's home town/city and the location of the District 9710 Conference.

The Award is presented at the annual District 9710 Conference by the District Governor.

Highest Number of First Time Attendees Award

The Highest Number of First Time Attendees Award is awarded to the Rotary Club in District 9710 with the highest number of members who are attending a District 9710 Conference for the first time. The Award is presented at the annual District 9710 Conference by the District Governor.
