Registration for the District Conference will only be possible online via this site!
An internet registration approach has been used for recent District events and provides great benefits to the Conference organising committee. Ultimately this approach to registration contributes to the smooth operation of Conference sessions and functions, to the advantage of all attendees.
Children (that is, those 15 years of age or under) of Rotarians will only be charged at 50% of the general charge. You will need to contact DG Phil directly to arrange payment.
There is no registration charge for the Conference. Charges will be made for all Conference functions that involve meals. The Conference committee believes that the fees being charged for these functions represent a good balance between cost and quality.
Morning and afternoon teas will be provided at no cost to attendees.
The preferred method of payment is by credit card. If you are unable to use this means of payment, then please contact DG Phil for alternative methods.
