Fun and Friendship
- Establish a Friendship Exchange with another Club
- Celebrate Rotary's 107th Birthday with a combined event
Rotary Foundation Contributions
- Donations to the Foundation for the Annual Fund from Clubs, Rotarians and others $US125,000
- $US200M Challenge: $US 50,000.00 from Clubs and others
- Every Member of a Club supports EREY (Every Rotarian every Year) or Centurian program
- Paul Harris Society increase Membership to at least 20
Utilisation
- Support an Ambassadorial Scholar
- Support a Peace Scholar
- Support Matching & District Simplified Grants
- Send and receive a GSE Exchange with Thailand
Membership
- Membership growth net increase of 2 Members per Club
- Membership retention program implemented
- Membership satisfaction survey completed and implemented
- Every Club to reduce the average age of Rotarians
New Generations
- Every Club to nominate at least 1 participant to any two Youth programs - RYLA - RYPEN - NYSF and Youth Exchange
- RYE 35% of Clubs to host and/or send a Student
- Interact - Charter two new Clubs in the District
- Rotaract - Charter two new Club in the District
Club Extention
- Charter at least 2 new Rotary Club
- Charter a Rotary E Club
- Strengthen existing Clubs
Leadership
- 40% of Clubs to participate in a Club Visioning Facilitation
- Conduct Rotary Leadership Institute Training Program (RLI)
