Gerringong is a small town of around 3,500 people, located "Where the mountains meet the sea" about one hundred and twenty kilometres south of Sydney, Australia.
Gerringong was originally a dairying community, although tourism is now the major industry. However, our community still retains a friendly, village feel.
One of the founding principles of Gerringong Sunrise Rotary Club was to have a successful mixed gender club, and we think we have achieved that. We have excellent proportions of both men and women and great benefits in fellowship arise from this.
